Terms and Refund Policy
Listly is a CarXprt product operated by AltakLabs Inc.
Subscription and billing
Listly is billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the extension panel or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
14-day performance refund
We offer one performance refund. It applies only to the first 14 days of your first paid month. It is not available for any later period, and it can be claimed only once per account — including after a cancellation and a new subscription on the same dealership or payment method.
- What is refunded. One month of subscription fees, in full. Nothing else: no later months, no partial periods, no amounts paid on other plans or add-ons.
- The condition. If the sales Listly attributed to your listings during those first 14 paid days do not exceed what you were selling over a comparable 14 days before you started, you can claim.
- You have to have used it. The guarantee is about whether the product works, not whether it was switched on. Accounts that published fewer than 40 listings during those 14 days are not eligible.
- Claim window. Email us within 14 days of your first payment. After that the guarantee lapses, and no refund is available for any later claim.
How to claim
Email dealership@carxprt.com and name the dealership account. We check the listing and attributed-sales record already stored in your dashboard, and may ask for your own sales figures for the 14 days before you started so there is something to compare against. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days, and the subscription is cancelled at the same time.
What the refund does not cover
- Anything after the first 14 days of the first paid month, and any later month.
- Results affected by Facebook, Craigslist or any other marketplace changing, restricting or removing listings — those platforms are outside our control.
- Accounts suspended for breaching a marketplace's own rules.
Your responsibilities
Listly prepares listings for you to review. You publish them, and you are responsible for the accuracy of what you post and for following each marketplace's rules. We never publish on your behalf.
